Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool/Toddler Teacher to inspire young minds
and foster a nurturing learning environment. In this role, you will be responsible for creating
engaging lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and supporting the
developmental needs of children in early childhood education settings. Your enthusiasm and

Responsibilities
Develop and implement curriculum plans tailored to preschool and toddler age groups,
incorporating oral language development, literacy, math, science, music and movement.
Create a safe, structured classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth
and positive behavior management.
Engage children in hands-on activities that support their developmental milestones in
areas such as language, motor skills, and cognitive abilities.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and
support each child's individual needs, including those requiring special education or early
intervention services.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and assessments, along with
Parent/Teacher conferences twice a year.
Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure smooth transitions between activities
while fostering independence and responsibility among students.
Share daily responsibilities with co-teachers. Potty training, diaper changing, light
cleaning, and sanitizing routines.
Requirements
12 Child Development Units
Prior experience working with children in preschool or toddler care settings; classroom
experience preferred.
Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and
early intervention techniques.
Familiarity with curriculum development, and classroom management practices.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and
the community.
Current Certification in First Aid & CPR (pediatrics)
Current Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable;
ongoing professional development is encouraged.
