Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool/Toddler Teacher to inspire young minds
and foster a nurturing learning environment. In this role, you will be responsible for creating
engaging lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and supporting the
developmental needs of children in early childhood education settings. Your enthusiasm and

Responsibilities
 Develop and implement curriculum plans tailored to preschool and toddler age groups,
incorporating oral language development, literacy, math, science, music and movement.
 Create a safe, structured classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth
and positive behavior management.
 Engage children in hands-on activities that support their developmental milestones in
areas such as language, motor skills, and cognitive abilities.
 Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and
support each child's individual needs, including those requiring special education or early
intervention services.
 Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and assessments, along with
Parent/Teacher conferences twice a year.
 Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure smooth transitions between activities
while fostering independence and responsibility among students.
 Share daily responsibilities with co-teachers. Potty training, diaper changing, light
cleaning, and sanitizing routines.
Requirements
 12 Child Development Units
 Prior experience working with children in preschool or toddler care settings; classroom
experience preferred.
 Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and
early intervention techniques.
 Familiarity with curriculum development, and classroom management practices.
 Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and
the community.
 Current Certification in First Aid & CPR (pediatrics)
 Current Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
 Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable;
ongoing professional development is encouraged.
