Job Summary
We are currently seeking two dedicated Bilingual Montessori Assistant Teachers to join our team.

  • One position is full-time in our Toddler classroom (ages 1.5–3).
  • One position is temporary in our Primary classroom (ages 3–6), with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in the future.

Both roles support early childhood development in a nurturing, engaging Montessori classroom environment. Assistant Teachers will work closely with Lead Teachers to help implement Montessori-based curriculum, support daily classroom routines, and foster a positive learning atmosphere that encourages independence, curiosity, and social-emotional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (required)
  • Minimum of 12 units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (required)
  • Experience working with young children in a preschool, daycare, or similar setting is highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Support lead teachers in implementing Montessori curriculum and lesson plans across subjects such as literacy, math, and behavior management.
  • Assist with classroom organization, including setting up learning materials and maintaining a clean, engaging environment.
  • Help manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster social-emotional development, independence, and curiosity.
  • Support toddlers, preschoolers, or early childhood learners in their daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and transitions.
