Preschool Teacher

We are currently looking for passionate, energetic educators to join us as FULL TIME teachers in our 2-5 year old classrooms. Montessori experience is NOT required—we are happy to train the right candidate who loves this age group!

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Guide and support 2-6 year old’s through incredible milestones, including language explosions, sensory exploration, and emotional regulation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and beautifully prepared classroom environment that fosters independence (“freedom within limits”).
Assist children with daily routines, including potty training, snack times, and transition periods.
Build warm, communicative relationships with families and staff.

Educational Requirements (Strictly Required)

To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 12 core ECE units.

Your units must include or be on track for the following core classes:

Child Growth and Development
Child, Family, and Community
Principles and Practices in ECE
Introduction to Curriculum
Plus Factor: Having 3 units in Infant/Toddler Development or specific coursework covering the toddler component is highly preferred and a major plus!

Job Requirements

Experience: 1 year of experience working in a licensed preschool facility is preferred.
Background Clearance: Must clear a Live Scan and comprehensive background check.
Health Screenings: Must have proof of MMR and Tdap immunizations, alongside a current negative TB test.
Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
