Participants learn the principles, techniques and methods necessary for the efficient and legal operation and management of programs in early childhood education in private preschools, childcare centers, faith-based center programs, family childcare homes and a variety of other programs.
Particular emphasis is placed on program and facility development, budgeting, resource management, staff relationships and policies, parent policies and participation, volunteers, governmental regulations, licensing, certification and accreditation.
